Registration
How do I register for ISPCCON 2026?+
Visit the Registration page and fill out the online form. Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking through our Razorpay payment gateway.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?+
Cancellations made before 30 days of the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds within 30 days of the conference. Substitutions are allowed.
Is there a group registration discount?+
Yes, for 5 or more delegates from the same institution, please contact us for special group rates.
What is included in the registration fee?+
Access to all scientific sessions, conference kit, lunch, tea/coffee, and certificate of attendance. Workshops are add-ons with separate fees.
Is there a discount for registering for both Conference and Workshop?+
Yes! Register for Conference + any Workshop to avail bundle discounts on workshop fees. Early Bird registrants get 50% OFF on workshop prices, Standard tier gets 25% OFF. Late and On-Spot registrations do not include bundle discounts.
What are the registration pricing tiers?+
There are 4 pricing tiers: Early Bird (till May 30), Standard (June 1 – July 31), Late (August 1 – September 30), and On-Spot (from October 1). Register early to save!
Abstract Submission
What is the format for abstract submission?+
Abstracts should be structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) and not exceed 300 words. Submit via the online form on our Abstracts page.
Can I submit more than one abstract?+
Yes, you may submit multiple abstracts. Each will be independently reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
When will I know if my abstract is accepted?+
Acceptance notifications will be sent via email after the review period. Check the important dates section for specific timelines.
Accommodation & Travel
Are there recommended hotels near the venue?+
Yes, we have partnered with several hotels in Bhopal offering special conference rates. Visit the Accommodation page for details.
Will there be shuttle service from hotels?+
Yes, shuttle services will be arranged from partner hotels to AIIMS Bhopal during conference days.
How far is the airport from the venue?+
Raja Bhoj International Airport (BHO) is approximately 12 km from AIIMS Bhopal (25-30 minutes by taxi).
General
Will I receive CME credit points?+
Yes, ISPCCON 2026 is CME-accredited. Attendees will receive CME credit points upon completion.
Is there a dress code for the conference?+
Business formal is recommended for scientific sessions. Smart casual for workshops and social events.
Do international delegates need a visa?+
International delegates should apply for a Conference Visa or Business Visa. We can provide an invitation letter upon request after registration.
